Our Itinerary
Day 01 Penang Island – Cameron Highlands (Recommended hotel: Camerons Resort)
8am Complimentary pick up from your Penang hotel and bonus stop at Orangutan Island. They are an endangered species. Proceed to Cameron Highlands – a hill resort with large tea plantations, farmlands and aborigines. At Camerons buggy ride and sip tea perched on an elevated tea cafe and catch glimpses of the rolling greenery below. Photo shoots. Visit the butterfly farm to see live smaller animals and stick insects, beetles. Take a stroll through the Vegetable market to see fruits, flowers from Camerons. Visit Cactus Gardens. Check in to hotel. Free and easy.
7pm Dinner is HOT POT – augurs well for the cool weather. Bring sweaters as nights are cold.
Day 02 Cameron Highlands – Taman Negara 1st Day (Recommended hotel: Mutiara resort)
8am Depart for Taman Negara – a 130 million years old tropical rainforest with endangered tigers, elephants, tapirs, deer… 14,000 flowering plants, 300 bird species…
On arrival at Kuala Tahan, Taman Negara, complimentary local lunch @ Floating Cafe. Join Nature Guide for rapids shooting by boat to reach an aborigine village for a fire making and blowpipe demonstration – the native way.  You can partake of the activities. Guide then takes you trekking to a rainforest waterfalls for a cool dip – a therapeutic stress reliever.  Check in to hotel. Free and easy. Enjoy the jungle ambience.
8pm Join Nature Guide for the night jungle walk to look for snakes, mouse deer, wild boar, owls, slow loris …. and watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick.
Day 03 Taman Negara 2nd Day 
8am Jungle Trek with Nature Guide to the viewpoint for a mesmerizing view of Malaysia’s highest mountain – Gunung Tahan @ 7175 feet (2187 meters) in height.  Nature Guide will belt out facts and taboos of Taman Negara.  Return to hotel. Free and easy.
8pm Join Nature Guide for the Night River Cruise. You maybe lucky if you sight mouse deer, snakes,  black panther, etc.. but if you see a tiger, we ain’t quite sure who is gonna be lucky !!! Enjoy the night ambience seated on a boat in deep ancient rainforest.  A very rare encounter indeed !
Day 04 Taman Negara – Kuala Lumpur Recommended hotel: Traders KLCC)
8am Depart for Kuala Lumpur – a tin mining settlement with diverse cultures as in Malay, Chinese and Indian. Bonus stop at Elephant Sanctuary for petting and feeding. Visit the iconic Batu Caves. Climb 272 steps into temple of Hindu deity honored during festivals.  Devotees give thanks for vows fulfilled. Ladies to cover knees and shoulders.  Visit Independent square with colonial landmarks depicting British excellence in architectural designs. Sultan Abdul Samad Building, St Mary’s Cathedral, Jamek Mosque, Old Railway Station, National Mosque, colorful Little India and bustling Chinatown. Complimentary Banana Leaf Lunch  – eat with fingers.  Check in to hotel. Free and easy.
5pm Depart for Kuala Selangor – home to the largest fireflies colony in the world. Meet the adorable silver leaf monkeys and after a frolicking time with them, adjourn to a riverside cafe for fresh seafood dinner. Catch a boat to watch fireflies at their dazzling best indulging in a mating ritual. Its fascinating !!! Return to hotel by 10 pm.
Day 05 Kuala Lumpur – Malacca (Recommended hotel: Puri Hotel Jonkers’ street)
8am Visit the Stadthuys – the Dutch square, A Famosa – Portuguese Fort, St Paul’s Hill,  Trishaw ride to Jonkers’ Street – the street of antiquities and souvenirs. Adjourn for local Peranakan lunch. Check in to hotel. Free and easy. You may re visit Jonkers’on your own.
Day 06 Malacca – KL International Airport/Kuala Lumpur
12pm Check out and depart for the airport for your next destination. You could opt to return to Kuala Lumpur at no extra cost. End of tour.
