He was such a caring and fun guide, who went out of his way many times to enhance our experience by showing us nice places for the best local food and activities, telling us fun, interesting facts and helping us out when we needed it. Our tour included a pickup from Kuala Lumpur >> Batu caves >> Cameron Highlands >> Taman Negara >> Kuala Terengganu drop off - for our onward journey separately to Redang Island. I contacted Gladwin from DGP about the specifics of the plan for my family of four, he was very helpful and we had emails back and forth where he answered all questions patiently. I then paid via bank transfer. We were picked up at our hotel in Kuala Lumpur by our lovely guide/driver Neo in a large comfortable car. Neo is very calm, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He drove with care which made us feel at ease. This tour really made our holiday complete, it enabled us to see more of Malaysia within a short space of time. I highly recommend DGP transport. I had the pleasure of having Shan as my guide and David as my driver on my recent private tour to the Cameron highlands and Tama Negara! They were both very great in making sure I was looked after and had the experience’s that were in my itinerary. I felt very safe and was able to have these experiences shared with them both as I was on my own. They also assisted me with taking photos of my experiences. Booked a single person hiking to Taman Negara from KL. David, the driver, picked me up at KL hotel before the schedule. Having a nice conversation in the car, a 3h+ trip passed fast. In Taman, everything was organised well. Being the only guest, the guide was very flexible regarding the schedule. On the way back, David took a different route to avoid the Sunday's afternoon KL traffic jams, saving as at least 1.5h.
