Overview :
Step into the world’s oldest rainforests – Taman Negara estimated to be over 130 million years old. This lush tropical paradise is home to majestic wildlife such as tigers, elephants, tapirs, over 14,000 plants (medicinal, poisonous and aphrodisiac varieties) and more than 300 bird species. Scattered within are small aboriginal (Orang Asli) villages, a rare glimpse into a disappearing way of life shaped by nature and traditions.

Day 01 KUALA LUMPUR – KUALA TAHAN (TAMAN NEGARA) 
7.00am  Pick up from Kuala Lumpur hotel.
9.30am On arrival at Kuala Tahan Jetty tour begins. Meet your nature guide and begin an exciting jungle trek to a scenic viewpoint to catch a glimpse of Malaysia’s highest mountain – Gunung Tahan @ 7175 feet (2187 meters).
11am Catch a boat for a rapids-shooting adventure to the aboriginal village. Learn about the tribes ancient skills of fire making and blowpipe hunting, and take part in these fascinating demonstrations.
12.30pm Guided trek to a rainforest waterfalls enjoy a refreshing swim surrounded by the sights and sounds of the jungle. Waterfalls are therapeutic stress relievers.
2pm Return to jetty, freshen up. After lunch @ Floating Cafe,  Check in to hotel. Free and easy. 

8pm Join Nature Guide for Night Jungle walk and Night River Cruise to watch out for mouse deer, black panthers, civet cats, slow loris etc come for their water intake. Enjoy the night ambience seated on a boat deep in an ancient rainforest. A very rare encounter indeed !!!

If you sight monkeys, birds, flying foxes etc you are lucky, but if you see a tiger…we ain’t sure who is gonna be lucky ?

DAY 02 TAMAN NEGARA – KUALA LUMPUR (Recommended hotel:  Traders @ KLCC)
8am Depart for Kuala Lumpur.  Proceed to City Highlights tour – Independent Square, Jamek Mosque, Old Railway Station, St Mary’s Cathedral, Colorful Little India and Bustling Chinatown. Photo shoots Twin Towers and KL Tower. Educational tour of Batik. Complimentary Banana Leaf Lunch – eat with fingers and return to hotel. End of tour.
