Day 01 Kuala Lumpur – Taman Negara 1st Day  (Recommended hotel Mutiara  Resort)
7am Complimentary pick up from hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Enroute bonus stop at iconic Batu Caves. Climb 272 steps into temple of Hindu Deity honored during festivals. Ladies to cover their knees and shoulders. Next visit Elephant Sanctuary for petting and feeding with Sanctuary’s Guide. 

Taman Negara 130 million years old tropical rainforest, home of endangered animals Tigers, Elephants, Tapirs … 14,000 flowering plants – poisonous as well as medicinal and also aphrodisiacs, 300 bird species…
On arrival Kuala Tahan, local lunch @ Floating Cafe. Join Nature Guide by boat to reach a remote aborigine village to watch fire making and blowpipe demonstration. Ladies shy away and the men “run” away only to return with their fire making and blowpipe tools for a demonstration.  Nature Guide leads you to a mesmerizing rainforest waterfalls for a cool dip – a therapeutic stress reliever.  . Check in to hotel. Free and easy.

8pm Night jungle walk with Nature guide to look for mouse deer, spiders, scorpions foraging for food . Watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick. Good Night.
Day 02 Taman Negara  2nd Day
8am Jungle trek with Nature Guide to the viewpoint to catch a glimpse of Malaysia’s highest mountain – Gunung Tahan @ 7175 feet (2187 meters) in height. Nature Guide will talk on medicinal and poisonous plants, not forgetting the elusive aphrodisiacs. He will belt out facts and taboos of Taman Negara. Return to hotel. Free and easy.

8pm Night River Cruise with Nature Guide. You maybe lucky if you sight mouse deer, wild boar, panthers, etc.. but if you sight the tiger, we ain’t too sure who is gonna be lucky !!! Enjoy the jungle ambience seated on a boat deep in the rainforest. A rare experience indeed !

Day 03 Taman Negara – Cameron Highlands  (Recommended hotel: Camerons Resort).
7am Depart for the Cameron Highlands – a hill resort with large tea plantations, farmlands and aborigines. Catch a buggy ride @ Plantations and sip tea perched on an elevated tea café and enjoy “the carpet of greenery”. Photo shoots aplenty !  Live butterflies, stick insects, snakes at  Butterfly Farm. Vegetable Market  showcases various vegetables, fruits and flowers grown in Camerons. Visit Cactus Gardens and Strawberry Gardens. Check into hotel Free and easy.

7pm Dinner is HOT POT – an authentic popular meal that sets well with the cool weather.   Bring sweaters as nights are cold. 

Day 04 Cameron Highlands – Penang Island drop off (Recommended hotel Golden Sands)
8am Depart for Penang Island – a major tourist destination with high tech manufacturing entities giving trade incentives for foreign investments. Bonus stop Orangutan Island (subject to availability). Orangutans are critically endangered species and great efforts are made in conservation, rehabilitation, education, and protection from poaching.
On arrival at Penang Island visit the Clan Jetties, Fort Cornwallis, Sleeping Buddha and drive through UNESCO Heritage City of Georgetown. Batu Feringghi – the happening beach seafront in Penang Island. It boasts of luxury hotels, night restaurants, night markets, water sports etc. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Penang. Lunch @ Food Court to savor diverse cuisines.  Drop off at your hotel.   End of tour.
