Overview:  This unique south bound tour covers Unesco listed Malacca and Johore  (overnite at a beach resort overlooking the South China Sea)  before drop off in Singapore. 

Malacca is rich in heritage history and was an international trading port. The Chinese brought Gold, Silk, Buddhism. The Siamese Ivory and Buddhism. The Indians cloth and Hinduism. The Arabs Perfumes Pearls and Islam.
In 1511 the Portuguese occupation of Malacca (Catholics)  1641 The Dutch took over (Protestants) 1795 The British took over and left us with Independence on 31 August 1957.

Our itinerary

Day 01 (L D H )  KUALA LUMPUR – MALACCA ( Drive tine 2 hours),
0700hrs  After breakfast depart for Malacca, enroute visit the famous Batu Caves and climb 272 steps into the temple of Hindu Deity Lord Murugan who is honored during the Hindu festival of Thaipusam every year. Ladies must be properly attired to enter the temple.  On arrival at Malacca ours begins :

ST PETERS CHURCH 1710  – the oldest Catholic church in Malaysia.
KAMPONG MORTEN 1920 – a traditional Malay village that maintains its customs and traditions in the midst of a bustling modern city. The Living Museum exhibits unique interior designs and Malay traditional wear, musical instruments and antique furniture. A house tour awaits. 
STADTHUYS 1650 – Malacca’s Historical Museum and House of the Dutch Governor. 
ST PAUL’S HILL – The Portuguese built a chapel where St Francis Xavier did his missionary work.
THE A FAMOSA 1512 – Built by the Portuguese and what remains is the gateway.
JONKERS’ STREET – The rich Malacca Past is showcased at this street of antiquities.
CHENG HOON TENG TEMPLE – The oldest Chinese temple outside China  and boasts of 3 doctrines – Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism. 
1400hrs  After lunch Check in to hotel. Free at leisure. 
1900hrs  Food tour – a taste of various Malaysian cuisine at a Malaysian Food Court. Good nite !

Day 02 (B L H ) MALACCA – DESARU BEACH HOTEL (Drive time 4 hours).
0800hrs  After breakfast depart for the 25 kilometer white sandy beach lined up with casuarina trees facing the South China Seas. After lunch check in to beach hotel. Free at leisure. Good Nite !

Guests to enjoy ion their own a full day or relaxation and fun. The hotel boasts of a tropical swimming pool, Gym, Jacuzzi, Kids Playroom, Sea Sports, SPA of Balinese Therapy, shops etc. 

A selection of dining experiences – a lazy breakfast, a fascinating lunch of multi ethnic cuisine and a chill-out-at-nite dinner. Please note lunch dinner and activities not included.

Day 04 (B) DESARU – SINGAPORE DROP OFF BY FERRY30 minutes ride.
0600hrs  Check out, Catch a ferry ride of 30 minutes into  Changi Jetty, Singapore. End of program.
